Do you take deposits?
No, a signed acceptance form is suitable to avoid any refunds if an event must be cancelled.
How do I pay?
We prefer BACS payment; however, you can pay by cheque if necessary.
Can I pay the driver?
No thanks, we prefer BACS or cheque, if you must pay by cash then please feel free to visit the office, where we can also arrange for you to see the models of vehicles we offer.
Can I come to the depot and view the vehicles/check we will have enough luggage room?
Yes, feel free to book an appointment with one of our friendly office staff, who can help suggest what vehicle may suit your needs or arrange for you to view our fleet.
Do you have a lost property department?
Yes, we handle lost property as per the guidelines set by the Traffic Commissioner. You can enquire about or collect lost property from our office between 9am and 4pm daily.
Do the vehicles have seatbelts?
Yes, all vehicles are fitted with seatbelts which you are required to wear at all times.
Do the vehicles have CCTV?
Yes, most of our vehicles are fitted with interior & exterior CCTV. The data will be saved in a secure place and accessible only by the Data Controller. We use CCTV for internal investigatory purposes, to increase staff/passenger safety and for crime prevention purposes.
Can I consume food or drink on the vehicles?
Generally, this is permitted as long as no mess is left behind – we leave this up to the driver’s discretion. Please contact the office if you wish to make prior arrangements.
Can I consume alcohol on the vehicles?
Please contact the office to discuss your circumstances – in some cases, this is not permitted.
