Founded by George and Joan Evans, Longmynd Travel began its journey in the picturesque village of Snailbeach. Today, the second generation of the family, Mark and Val, proudly continue the legacy. We’re thrilled that the third generation has now joined our ranks, with Matthew Sheppard-Evans bringing fresh ideas to our tradition of excellence.
While our roots remain in Shropshire, we’ve expanded our operations to meet growing demand. Our current headquarters at Lea Cross, just outside Pontesbury, provides us with state-of-the-art facilities on the edge of the beautiful Shropshire Hills. This location allows us to maintain our connection to our local community while also serving a broader clientele.
